It's a song that basically talks about the practice of oral sex, so principally Downtown refers to the act of going down to the central part of the body's pleasure, the private or genital parts, what is between person legs. In the lyric she talks about how she loves her body but she needs help in a special mission, this task is basically to make her feel pleasure. He seems interested in the task so, he's going to do it as a way to make her feel relaxed and drive her crazy, make her forget the stress.
