DEBT EQUITY RATIO


It is measurement of borrowed fund and own fund of the owner in a concern. It is the ratio of Long Term Debts or Deferred Liabilities and Tangible Net Worth. Higher ratio indicates more is the borrowed fund and less protection to creditors. It is also called Funded Debt Ratio.
