Once the dissertation has been accepted, this will be displayed with the assessments for the duration of 14 calendar days, or 30 calendar days outside of term time, in the office of the Doctorate Committee and in the dean's office of the department responsible for inspection by the members, who may also be assessors, and the electronic, audiov [..]

A condition for the assessment to be carried out is that a Doctorate Committee has been determined. The assessors then receive the dissertation from the Doctorate Office.
